What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Are you locally owned and operated?

Yes. We’re proud of the fact that we know Central Ohio. We’re not associated with any national franchise/ All employees are employees of To Serve Cleaning Services.

Do you perform background checks on your employees?

Yes, all of our employees must have a criminal background check before being hired.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We have commercial liability insurance of $1,000,000. We also comply with all BWC requirements for our employees.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service, we will return to your home to re-clean the area within 48-hours. Please contact the office as soon as possible during our normal business hours.

To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. takes pride in a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If a client is not happy, we will come back and re-clean any areas free of charge. At the time of service that an area is being re-cleaned the client must be present to say whether they accept the newly completed work. No refunds whatsoever.

PRICING & POLICIES

What Holidays are To Serve Cleaning Services Closed?

The holidays that are observed by To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. are New Year’s Day, Martin Luther -King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve day, and Christmas Day. If your cleaning services fall on these days, our office will contact you approximately two weeks before the holiday to reschedule your cleaning

Am I locked into a long term contract?

To Serve Cleaning offer 12-month contract for all commercial cleaning contracts, we ask that if you are not satisfied with our services to communicate that to meet your needs. If we cannot still meet you needs, we ask that you turn in a 30 day notice. It’s that simple.

Do you use your own equipment and cleaning supplies?

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products. If you have a specific product you would like us to use, please call our office or alert your team leader so your file can be notated. Since, all clients are unique, we keep files in our office where we can notate what products they like to use.

What is your minimum pricing?

For all Move-In/Move-out and Deep Cleaning the minimum pricing is $150 not including taxes

Do you offer one time cleanings?

For Commercial Cleaning we offer reoccurring 3, 5, 7 day a week services. We do offer One-Time Deep Cleaning in addition to Move-in/Move-Out Cleaning.

How is my monthly price calculated?

We understand your facility, expectations, and budget are all unique. At To Serve Cleaning representative will walk-through your facility and discuss the different options available to you. Our prices are determined by frequency of cleaning, wages for employees, overhead costs of supplies, profit for company, and taxes.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a -day window). If after our re-clean is completed you’re still not happy with your service, we are more than happy to offer gift cards. We DO NOT OFFER REFUND AT THIS TIME.

How much will Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning or One-Time Deep cleaning cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms, pets, bathrooms and square footage in of the home.

Payments

Checks returned for non-payment

Checks returned for non‐payment, (insufficient funds, closed account, etc.) will be charged a $30 returned check fee in addition to completing full payment on services rendered.

Payments

Payments are due in full upon completion of service IMMEDIATELY. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash and credit card payments. Clients paying with cash may leave payment at their residence. Recurring clients paying with a credit card are required to have a valid credit card on file, the credit card will be charged automatically on the scheduled day of service. Payment forms that are accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Square-Cash app, check and cash. RECIPTS ARE SENT TO EMAILS ON FILE 24-48 HOURS AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED.

Lifting

Our employees are essential to us and we are determined to keep them safe, so they do not climb higher than a 3ft 2-step ladder, move or lift items more substantial than 20 lbs., or clean floors on their hands and knees except for bathroom floors. These types of activities put our cleaning staff in danger of back injury or could even damage something in your home. However, there might be times when you want us to move furniture. For example, tables, large chairs, etc. In these cases, we are not responsible for their breakage due to aged/old or faulty manufacturing nor are we responsible for any damage moving these items may cause to your floor. The cleaning team will not move furniture that contains electronics. The cleaning team will not pull out any appliances (for example a stove, fridge, washer/dryer) however, if you move it before the cleaning visit to allow access we would be more than happy to clean the exposed areas. We do ask that you place the appliances back into its proper place as well

Hiring Of To Serve Cleaning Employees:

All of our staff have signed a Non-Compete agreement with To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. They are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his/her behalf or on the behalf of any third party during their contract with To Serve Cleaning Services LLC or for two years following termination of the agreement, without written approval from To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. and a possible placement fee of $2,500.00. This placement fee is if a violation occurs. You agree not to hire past or present staff of To Serve Cleaning Services LLC for not less than two years from the date the staff member last worked for To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. A great deal of time and resources are put into hiring our staff and training them. In the event you feel you must hire a staff member of To Serve Cleaning Services LLC despite this agreement, then a $2,500.00 placement fee is due immediately upon employment of the past/present staff member, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contractual basis.

Your Valuables

If you have valuables or heirlooms, including but not limited to any valuable, collectible, or expensive objects, it’s preferred that these items are secured and put away to avoid potential accidents. We cannot be responsible for wall hangings attached to anything other than “real” picture hooks. No straight pins, thread, etc. You are responsible for letting us know of any valuables that you prefer we not clean or handle. Please secure money, credit cards, and checkbooks as well. We are not responsible for missing currency.

Cleaning Fee Increases

To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time. All clients are notified when or if this occurs. We will contact you to discuss possible price or service revision if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid. If a client discontinues and reinstates service after three months, the original price is not guaranteed, and a new rate may be given. We also reserve the right to adjust the estimate after the job is completed.

Keys and Alarm Systems

If the home or business owner chooses to leave us a copy of their key, we will take extreme caution to protect each key. Each key is locked in a safe key box. We do NOT return keys by mail. Keys must be hand delivered in person to the customer. That customer must present a photo ID with the address on the ID matching the address we have on file before a key is released. If clients do not want to provide us with instructions on their alarm systems, we ask that the security system is in the “OFF” status. Please be sure to notify our office if this code changes.

Do you service my area?

We provide services for the following cities: Galloway, New Albany, Columbus, Patasskala, Pickerington, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Reynoldsburg, Canal Winchester, Lithopolis, Orient, Blacklick, Whitehall, Gahanna, Westerville, Worthington, Dublin, Delaware, Grandview Heights, Bexley, Grove City, and Groveport

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply leave us a note at the bottom of the booking page while making your appointment or reply to your confirmation email with any requests you would like to be applied to your service. Please look over the EXTRAS tab to get a sense of what will cost extra for One-Time Deep Cleans, in addition to Move-In/Move-Out Cleans.
PLEASE NOTE: For strictly liability purposes, we DO NOT clean blinds or walls.

CLEANING PACKAGES

Services We Do Not Provide:

While your cleaning professionals do their absolute best every service, below we have listed items that, through years of experience, our cleaners have suggested we not offer/guarantee to maintain our high standards for results. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss, we want to make sure both you and your cleaning professionals are happy!

  • Performing services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)
  • Lifting or moving heavy items (Refrigerator, Stove, Tables, Furniture, etc.)
  • Moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.
  • Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools. If your home requires cleaning of any kind beyond the limits of these tools, we will contact/refer an outside service for you.
  • Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery. While our Deep Clean option does include vacuuming furniture, our cleaning professionals have found that guaranteeing the removal of excessive pet hair from upholstery is not possible without commercial grade upholstery equipment that we do not provide. However, they will do their best, and we hope our clients will understand the effort taken.
  • Cleaning Exterior Windows
  • Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.)
  • Cleaning Dishwashers and Washing Machines
  • Cleaning Light Bulbs
  • Cleaning Rodent/Insect Infested Homes
  • Removing excess paint from surfaces
  • Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)
  • Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces due to potential damage to the paint.
  • Clean or remove blood or any bodily fluids, fire or water damage, or mold. We are not trained in these areas nor are we equipped
  • To Serve Cleaning Services LLC. reserves the right to refuse to service a home with ANY insect infestation (including seasonal). If an infestation is identified, the cleaning employee will leave the property. You will be contacted immediately and charged a cancellation fee.
  • Clean the interior of curio cabinets (will only feather dust exterior)
  • Provide any pet or children-related services, nor empty diaper pails.
  • Clean Chandeliers
  • Provide stain removal
  • Clean exterior of windows
  • Service outdoor areas
  • Clean areas above the reach of our 3ft step ladder
  • Clean Animal waste or litter

What are considered Extras?

Inside Refrigerator

Remove contents, wipe down & disinfect, replace contents
Does not include freezer unless requested

Inside Oven

Clean & De-Grease inside oven

Interior Windows

Clean inside window and window sills of reachable windows. We do not clean exterior windows. If the interior windows have condensation, mold, exteme or old mildew buildup we will not clean the interior window under any circumstance.

Walls

WE UNDER NO CIRMCUMSTANCES CLEAN WALLS FOR LIABILITY ISSUES SUCH AS PAINT REMOVAL ETC.

Pet Hair Removal

Pets are awesome, but messy! This extra provides extra time to remove pet hair from floors and carpets. Does not apply to Upholstery (please see our Services page for more information).

Load of Laundry

We dot not provide any laundry services under any circumstances.

Dishes

We do not provide any dish services under any circumstances

Move In/Move Out Cleaning Checklist

Our top to bottom, most thorough clean!

If you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager, tenant, buyer, or seller in need of a professional cleaning service, our Move In/Move Out option will provide you with a thorough cleaning that will prepare the home for you or the new family! (Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service. We will need electricity and water.)

Living Areas & Bedrooms

  • Vacuum/Sweep/Mop

  • Dust all surfaces and items
  • Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Switch plates cleaned
  • Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected

Bathrooms

  • Counter tops, Sinks, Showers, Bathtubs, Fixtures cleaned and disinfected

  • Floors cleaned and disinfected
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures as long as the fans are within a reasonable 2-3 step ladder.
  • Interior and Exterior of cabinets and drawers cleaned
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Carpeting vacuumed
  • Switch plates cleaned
  • Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected

Kitchen

  • Sweep/Mop
  • Thorough Dusting
  • Remove cobwebs

One-Time Deep Cleaning Checklist

If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last month, we require adding the Deep Clean option to give your cleaning professionals the time they need to achieve the high-quality results that they are known for.
